Mission
Touch Therapies professionals do all that we can to ensure that every client in St.Lucia a beautiful experience. We create a warm, caring environment both for our clients and for each other while offering a range of current and cutting-edge Day Spa and Salon services and products. Commitment to Education
Education is at the core of the Touch Therapies commitment to providing the very best in services and customer care. We recently expanded on this mission by opening our own Education Studio. This will allow us to consistently provide our clients with exceptional staff and services. At the Education Studio our focus is to provide the Touch Therapies staff with both technical and client care skills so that they may pass it along to all of our guests. Along with our Education Studio many of the Touch Therapies staff partakes in external education that ranges from vendor supplied classes to international seminars. Our significant investment in external education provides our staff with exposure to the latest industry trends and techniques so that we continue to provide industry leading services to all of our clients.

OPI and Creative Nail Specialists provide training and certification in all nail services.

Massage
All therapists are continually upgrading their expertise with new modalities and certifications – Internal and external educators are utilized.

Client Care
Hospitality training which focuses on client service within the day spa and salon is a major focus. All staff members are also trained in listening to clients and in building client relationships. Kindness, gentleness and courtesy are intrinsic to the Touch Therapies culture.

Appointments & Cancellations
If you need an early appointment want to come in after work, or prefer a late visit, Touch Therapies Day Spa and Salon can accommodate you. The appointments you select are
reserved especially for you. A 24 hour cancellation notice
is kindly requested.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Should you arrive late, your service could be shortened to allow our specialist to be on time for their next appointment.
For Gift Packages, please arrive 30 minutes prior
to your appointment.

While our Spa and Salon client care personnel can help you book a time for your service, our professional hair designers and spa therapists will guide you in selecting the ideal services and treatments to best suit your specific needs.

For group and package or multi-service reservations, we require a credit card or gift certificate number. When reservations are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a 50% fee may be charged.

Spa Attire
Most body treatments and massage services are enjoyed without clothing or with just underwear or sometimes with a bikini or with a bathing suit. However, please wear whatever makes you comfortable. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. Before and after your treatment, a robe and slippers are provided.

Your privacy is important to us. While you disrobe, your therapist will leave the room and will knock on the door before reentering.

Massage Services
First time massage services always include a client consultation to assess any special needs and to facilitate your comfort.

Young People's Massage
We require guardian consent to perform services on anyone under the age of 16. The guardian is also requested to be present during the massage of anyone 14 years or younger.

Cell Phones
We want each and every client to have a beautiful experience. For your comfort and for the comfort of other guests, please turn off your cell phones while you are in the spa or salon.

Age Requirements
We welcome young adults, however, for their safety, all children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Payment
We accept cash as well as checks or credit card with proper I.D. We honor American Express, Master Card and Visa.

Gratuities
Our reward is your personal recommendation of Touch Therapies Day Spa & Salon to a friend. Gratuities are therefore left to your discretion.

Returns
If, for any reason, you need to return a product, please bring it back to us with a receipt within 30 days of purchase and we will issue you a gift certificate for the purchase amount.
